Mia — adopted
Posted by admin - 17/01/11 at 12:01 amThis is Mia. She is a very sweet girl who gets along with everyone. She has lived happily with dogs, cats, birds, livestock, rabbits and poultry. She is loving, quiet and well behaved.
Mia has a deformity in her front legs that causes her feet to turn inward. This doesn’t slow her down. She has been known to escape the yard, and when she does, it is a merry chase to catch up with her.

Mia was found wandering as a stray in Spokane County and taken to the Spokane County Regional shelter. We don’t know how old she is. The shelter estimated her age at 10, but we think she is younger than that. She is certainly young at heart.

Mia is a petite girl. Her coat is long for a Dalmatian, but very soft.

Mia is friendly with everyone, but especially likes children. We would love for her to find a home where there would be children in her life.

Mia is spayed and current with her vaccinations. She is currently in a foster home in Redmond, Washington.

If you would like to meet Mia, please fill out an adoption inquiry form.

Dalmatian Rescue of Puget Sound is looking for volunteers in the Seattle area, and throughout Washington State, Oregon and Idaho, who are willing to provide foster or adoptive homes to Dalmatians in need. We also need volunteers to help with transportation, and to work with shelters to identify and evaluate at risk dogs. Please
